The food was amazing, very nice staff, beautiful decor, but did I mention the FOOD IS AMAZING!? We had lunch fajitas and a burrito California, Queso with hamburger and tomatillia hot sauce. I've eaten at a lot of Mexican restaurants, and this is one of my top 5 of all times.

Me and my fiance come here easily once a week. The service is always fast and the food always comes out hot! I definitely recommend coming on Monday for buy one get one free margaritas. Shown in the pictures below is a raspberry and mango margarita and Quesabirria Tacos.

By far one of the Best Mexican Grills to go to, the staff is by far some of the best I've seen: generous, friendly and kind. I will definitely be eating here more often. If you come here you must try the shrimp taco salad.

gonna need a bigger parking lot, hopefully a restaurant other than a big chain can make it here. First of all, a great michelada at a decent price. Chips and salsa were pretty normal. The staff here is very friendly and interactive. I also ordered a tamale, the filling was beef, the dough was cooked perfectly and it was covered in a tasty sauce with more meat. I had the Toastaquac as well, a crispy tostada with beef, cheese, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream and tomatoes, it was tasty. I will be back and i will bring friends.

This is our first time here and I have to say, this is by far the best Mexican food place in Lexington. The staff was absolutely wonderful and the food was amazing. I would highly recommend this place if you're wanting to be impressed with the decor, staff, and amazing food.

If I could give this place more stars, I would. I walked in on a Thursday night with no reservation and they did not bat an eye when I asked for a 25 person table for my birthday... and not for lack of business! They smiled, were so incredibly kind and delivered amazing service. They were quick and did not mess up a single order or bill when it was time to split meals & drinks 17 some odd different ways. I genuinely had the best time because they made the experience so seamless and fun, when they easily could have shown how overwhelmed they must have been, but it never showed. They took pictures for us, sang & invited us back for an event in February. Will be a lifelong customer at El Jefe! THANK YOU! This is the prototype for quality service & business.

We have ordered delivery from El Jeffes too many times to count. They are very friendly and professional every time I've interacted with their employees. The food is amazing, love their Chili Colorado.
